Ashkeep is a free, non-commercial roleplay project created for players on the Chains of Hyboria community server. Nothing is sold through this website or the Player Companion.
Ashkeep is independently operated. It is not operated by, affiliated with, endorsed by or representative of Chains of Hyboria or its staff.
The website source code is released under the MIT License. Original Ashkeep writing published with the project is available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License unless a different credit or notice is shown.
Players retain ownership of the characters, writing, images and files they create. Submitting material to the Companion gives Ashkeep only the limited permission needed to store, display and process it for the roleplay service. Player contributions are not covered by Ashkeep's open licenses unless their author says otherwise.
Conan Exiles, Conan and related names, settings, visual material and trademarks belong to Funcom and their respective licensors or rights holders. Game screenshots, third-party artwork, trademarks and other credited material are excluded from the Ashkeep licenses and remain subject to their owners' rights.
The public website does not use analytics, advertising scripts or optional tracking cookies. The Player Companion processes Discord identity data, questionnaire responses, player uploads and roleplay records to provide its service.
